The Website Ownership Audit is free, so there is no audit fee to refund.
The audit and concept are diagnostic materials, not a finished website or a promise of specific business results.
Monthly concierge
Concierge fees are not refunded for a month that has already begun because service capacity and ongoing work are reserved for that period.
You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent future monthly charges. Any separate, approved third-party or out-of-scope charges already incurred remain due.
