The build fee
If you're not happy with the initial build, tell us within 14 days and we'll refund the $797 build fee in full.
Once your site is live and you've asked for revisions we've delivered, the build fee is earned.
Hosting
Monthly hosting is not refunded for the current month, but you can cancel at any time and won't be billed again.
