What you're buying

The Website Ownership Audit, homepage concept, scan findings, and research brief are provided at no cost. They are yours to keep whether or not you hire us.

The HeartCore concierge is an ongoing $1,000-per-month service that can include website strategy, design and development, hosting, maintenance, updates, content, and SEO.

Before paid work begins, we provide a written scope confirming what is included for your business. Work outside that scope requires your approval before it is billed.

Billing and cancellation

The concierge is billed monthly at $1,000 unless a different written scope is agreed to by both sides.

The standard concierge is month to month. You may cancel before the next renewal date to prevent the next monthly charge.

Fees for a month that has already begun are not prorated because capacity and ongoing work are reserved for that month.

Website, hosting, and access

When hosting is included, HeartCore manages routine hosting, security, backups, maintenance, and reasonable website updates within the written scope.

If the concierge is canceled, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to transfer the website and client-owned content. Third-party fees or migration work outside the scope may be billed separately with approval.

You retain ownership of your domain, business content, logo, and other materials you provide. HeartCore does not hold client domains hostage.

Your content and your domain

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. We build from what you provide and what's on your current site.

You confirm that you have permission to use the text, images, trademarks, and other materials you ask us to publish.

What we don't promise

We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue. Anyone who does is guessing.

We build to a professional standard and fix defects, but taste and business outcomes aren't warrantable.
